SCOR: the 2020 annual shareholders’ meeting postponed

Given the difficulties of holding meetings due to the coronavirus pandemic, SCOR's Board of Directors decided on 27 March 2020 to postpone the Group's annual shareholders' meeting.

Initially scheduled for 17 April 2020, the event is to be held on 30 June 2020.
