“SAMACares”: SAMA’s new phone app

SAMA, the Saudi regulatory authority has launched a phone application called "SAMACares" for the banking and financial sectors.

SAMACares allows users to clearly and rapidly file and track the complaints and claims.

The platform also provides links to images and videos to give customers access to reliable financial information. SAMACares is available on Apple Store and Google Play in the Arabic and English languages.
