Salah Ben Mbarka, former chairman of STAR passed away

Salah Ben Mbarka, former chairman of the Tunisian insurance and reinsurance company (STAR), passed away on June 18, 2018 at the age of 83.

S. Ben Mbarka served as minister of finance (1983-1986) and minister of energy and mines (1986-1987).
He was also in charge of the general directorate of taxes and then that of customs.
