Simon Ningahi, SAAR's former General Manager has obtained an agreement from CIMA for the establish-ment of a new insurance company in Douala. The new entity, named Assurances et Réassurances Africaines (AREA) , is awaiting the enforcement order from the Cameroonian authorities to start operating.
