SAA increases its share capital

The shareholders of the Société Nationale d'Assurance (SAA) have recently met at an extraordinary general meeting and approved the increase in the company's capital from 20 billion DZD (186 million USD) to 30 billion DZD (278 million USD).

This increase has been achieved through the incorporation of optional reserves.
The SAA is the leader of non-life insurance in Algeria.
