Reinsurers looking for niches in a soft market

Munich Re has responded by specifically targeting risks such as IT, energy, those pertaining to the supply chains, business interruption, reputation or those risks related to climate. For its part, Axis Capital Holdings is going to focus on direct market while Hannover Re is planning the creation of a specialized unit for cyber risks.
