Prudential Life Insurance completes Beneficial Life's acquisition

Beneficial life will continue to operate under the name Prudential Beneficial Life Insurance S.A Cameroon.

On December 16, 2019, the Cameroonian life insurer announced Prudential's total takover of Beneficial Life. After Côte d'Ivoire and Togo, Cameroon becomes the third country in the FANAF zone where the British insurer develops life insurance activities.
