Partial privatization of the CAAR

Future listing of the Caisse Algérienne d'Assurance et de Réassurance (CAAR). This is the first partial privatization of a state-owned insurance company in Algeria. Third company of the market after SAA and CAAT, the company achieved a non life turnover of 14.5 billion DZD (186 million USD) in 2012.
