Old Mutual has failed to hold more than 90% of Mutual & Federal

Old Mutual has not managed to take control of more than 90% of Mutual & Federal stakes, 88% of which are already possessed by Old Mutual which could have driven Mutual & Federal out of the Johannesburg stock market if it had gone beyond the 90% stake holding.
