New tariff for motor third party liability insurance

Due to the mounting anger of carriers, insurers decided to postpone the implementation of the new tariffs to next April.
The new grading is in conformity with CIMA code (Interafrican Conference of Insurance Markets) which distinguishes, apart from car use and features, the area of traffic (1,2 or 3). Area 1 stands for the area with the heaviest traffic, and area 3 for the least busy.
