Massive cyber attack targets Direct Assurance

Direct Assurance, an online insurance broker and member of the AXA Group, has fallen victim to a massive cyberattack, which was carried out by the hacker group “Near2tlg”.

The personal data of over 15 000 people, including names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and bank details, was stolen and then sold on the dark web.
