Mapfre Asistencia to cease its operations in France

Mapfre Asistencia is definitively ceasing its assistance activities in France. The French subsidiary of the Spanish group is about to close its offices in Paris and Lyon. This decision will take effect in the first half of 2020.

For the group, Mapfre Asistencia France's activities were not profitable. The run-off management will be outsourced to an external player and the 33 employees of the two offices will be dismissed.
