MANZI Finance acquires DIAMOND Bank

MANZI Finances, the main shareholder of NSIA group, has jointly purchased with two of its subsidiaries 97.07% of the capital of DIAMOND Bank, a bank of the Nigerian group DIAMOND.

Following this transaction, MANZI Finances holds a 72.07% stake in DIAMOND Bank. NSIA Banque Côte d'Ivoire and NSIA Vie Assurances Côte d'Ivoire, hold respectively 20% and 5%.

Based in Benin, DIAMOND Bank is present in Cote d'Ivoire, Senegal and Togo.
