LASACO Assurance, 12%-increase of gross premiums in 2013

LASACO Assurance achieved a turnover up by 12% to 30.5 million USD in 2013.

The underwriting profit of the Nigerian insurer (8.6 million USD) shows an increase of 10% compared to 2012.

The company's managing director, Olusola Lapido-Ajayi, announced that LASACO will hold its next annual general meeting in Ilorin and that the city is the next target of the expansion strategy of the company.
