Introduction of end of career allowance guarantees

Cameroon’s association of insurance companies (ASAC) held a conference last October in Douala designed to sensitize insurers about end of career allowance policies. According to ASAC, these guarantees save companies huge payments during dismissal periods. Insurance companies, present in the seminar, came to realize the advantages of this kind of product.
