An important solid capital increase for Maghrebia

Assurances Maghrebia has raised its capital from 10 to 30 million TND (7 to 21 million USD). This capital tripling has been achieved by the issuance of new securities: 1 500 000 free shares have been granted to senior shareholders and the issue of 500 000 new shares of 10 TND (7 USD) in nominal value per share. The share capital is, therefore broken down into three million shares of 10 TND (7 USD) in nominal value.
