Habib Ben Saad replaces Hamadi Hachicha at the top of ASTREE

Following the disengagement of AGF from the company's capital and its takeover by the Banque de Tunisie (BT), Mr. Hamadi Hachicha quits his duty as chairman of Astrée.
The new board of directors met on March1, 2005 and appointed Mr. Habib Ben Saad as the new chairman.
Mr. Hachicha has been head of Astrée since 1969.
