GIC Re appoints Rajesh Laheri as new Chief Financial Officer

Rajesh Laheri has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Person at General Insurance Corporation of India, succeeding V. Balkrishna, who is set to retire.

Laheri joined GIC Re in 1998 and has held several senior and executive roles over nearly three decades, most recently serving as Deputy General Manager. He is also an Associate Member of the Insurance Institute of India.

The appointment will take effect upon Balkrishna’s retirement.
