Generali, quarterly results

Generali has achieved in the first quarter of 2014, a net profit increased by 9.4% to 904.2 million USD.

The collection of gross written premiums has reached 25.2 billion USD (+1.5%), the non life business totaling 8.8 billion USD.

The Italian group is satisfied with the results and confident in achieving its annual goals.
