Failure of ECOWAS brown card

The information day proposed by the Senegalese federation of insurance companies (FSSA) on December 7, 2011, has been dedicated to the ECOWAS brown card which turned out to be a fiasco. This card was designed to ease the free movement of individuals and goods within the CIMA zone. It has existed for 29 years and should have allowed a better management of claims occurring to the holder of the card outside his country.
