Enterprise Insurance is repositioning on the market

Enterprise Insurance Co. (EIC) has withdrawn from the Accra stock market to stand there in the name of the new holding Enterprise Group Limited. This move follows the green light from shareholders to merge the company with two of its subsidiaries: Enterprise Life Assurance and the real estate company Consortium House Limited. The operation is designed to upgrade the management and achieve higher profitability. EIC is one of the pioneer companies in the insurance industry in Ghana and the private sector's most important in this field.
