Direct brokerage

The company Citadel Capital has applied for license in order to establish a company of direct insurance brokerage. The new entity’s capital amounts to 2 million EGP (331 620 USD), 50% of which will be paid up. It is the third license application for this kind of activity that has been submitted to the country’s authorities. The last of these applications came from Kharafi Group which resulted in the granting of a provisional authorization to its brokerage company EMAK Insurance Brokerage.
