Decrease of Tunis Re’s turnover in 2011

The Tunisian reinsurer, Tunis Re, has made a turnover of 68.2 million TND (45.6 million USD) in 2011, a 7% decrease in comparison with 2010. This poor result is accounted for by the political and economic crisis that affected the Tunisian and Libyan markets and the decrease of premiums in aviation insurance.
