Creation of Alliance Assurance endowed with a capital of 7 million USD

Newly set up, Alliance Assurances is endowed with 500 million DZD (7 million USD) in capital, 125 million DZD (1.7 million USD) of which is paid-up capital. It is run by Mahmoud Bencharif.

SIts shareholders are: the Hassen Khelifati (sponsor), Mohamed Rahmoun, Mohamed Aissati and Ourahmoun.
Alliance Assurances has obtained license on July 30, 2005 while its operations are due to start at the beginning of November 2005.
