Covéa: Implementation of the new Executive Committee

The new appointments to the Covéa Group Executive Committee (MAAF, MMA, GMF), announced on 21 September 2020, came into effect on 1 December 2020. This move follows the consultation phase with the employee's representative bodies.

Thierry Derez, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Group is surrounded by a new management team composed of:

• Paul Esmein: The Group's Deputy General Manager. P. Esmein also holds the position of Secretary General.
• Laurent Tollié : General Manager, Customer Relations
• Stéphane Duroule: General Manager of MAAF
• Didier Bazzocchi: General Manager of MMA.
• Jérôme Roncoroni: General Manager of GMF
• Maud Petit: Chief Financial Officer
• Thierry Francq: General Manager, Transformation and International Activities
• Valérie Cohen: General Manager of Products and Services
• Amaury de Hauteclocque: General Manager of Human Cooperation
• Olivier Le Borgne: Chief Investment Officer
• Lionel Calvez: Chief Risk Officer
• Éric Lécuyer: Life Insurance Manager
