Continental Re: Full takeover of the Botswana subsidiary

Through its parent company CRe African Investments Limited "CRAFIL", Continental Reinsurance is acquiring 100% of its subsidiary's capital in Botswana.

Following this transaction, Francis Nzwili, who was previously in charge of the group's subsidiary in Nairobi, has been appointed General Manager of Continental Re Botswana where he will succeed Cas Hansa. The predecessor was called upon to act as head of underwriting and claims management at group level.
