Having guaranteed the control over the entire capital of Ecureuil Vie, CNP Assurance has proceeded to the recapitalisation of 700 million EUR (924 million USD). Its two major shareholders, la Caisse des Dépôts et Sopassure, are likely to maintain their shares which respectively amount to 36.49 and 35.48 % of the company's capital.
