The bill for the Takaful insurance has been approved

The bill relative to the amendment and the finalization of the insurance code has been adopted on July,14 2014 by the Constituent National Assembly.

This finalization contains, inter alia, the introduction of a chapter 7 for the implementation of a legislative framework to govern the Takaful insurance.
