Bahrain Kuwait Insurance acquires 77.25% of Takaful International

Bahrain Kuwait Insurance Company has purchased 77.25% of Takaful International (Bahrain). BKIC is planning to merge its branches and some of its business with Takaful International to develop the Takaful business.

This transaction must be approved by the supervisory authorities.
