Axa XL, an entity of AXA Group, has announced the implementation of its operating model and organisational structure projet.
This phase translates into the merger of Axa Corporate Solutions, Axa Matrix, Axa Art and XL Catlin in order to make AXA XL a united division.
The transfer of employees to a single company has started in Europe since February. It could result in the cut of 711 jobs out of a workforce of 9 500 employees worldwide.
This announcement comes five months after the finalization of the purchase of XL Group by AXA. This acquisition for an amount of 15.3 billion USD had given birth to the AXA XL subsidiary dedicated to property & casualty and specialty risks.
