AXA to compensate the losses of five restaurant owners

The Paris Commercial Court has ordered AXA to compensate five restaurant owners. The insurer has to pay a total of 240 000 EUR (284 000 USD) to the five insured restaurants in question for the business interruption sustained during the lockdown period.

It is worth recalling that AXA has already faced a lawsuit from one of its restaurants owning customers, the Eclor group.
