According to an announcement by Belhassen Khayati, commercial manager of Maxula Bourse, AMI should do its IPO by the end of the first quarter.
Its initial capital (nearly 910,000 USD) will be converted into shares, to which will be added 1.57 million shares put on sale for a nominal value of 12 USD.
