Allianz Travel and Air France to offer medical teleconsultation to their customers

Air France customers who have underwritten Allianz Travel Multi-risks or Assistance insurance can benefit from medical teleconsultation during their trips since 1 October 2019.

Clients having such a policy have the opportunity to contact the healthcare professionals based in France 24/7.

The latter can answer their questions or give them a remote consultation. For more serious health problems, an information service is made available to patients which refers them to specialized facilities.
