Agreement on the deadlines of premiums’ settlement

The management (CGEM), the insurers Federation (FMSAR) and the federation of brokers and agents (FNACAM) have reached an agreement on the principle of fractioning the payment of insurance premiums into several installments. Considered as a gesture of good will on part of the insurers, the decision will be implemented on the case by case basis after study of the company's record, taking into account the premiums amount. As to the ongoing contracts, the enforcement of the procedure will require the fiscal administration's approval.
