ACAPS: establishment of a department for the protection of the insured

According to Hassan Boubrik, president of the insurance and social security supervisory authority (ACAPS), a department for the protection of policyholders will soon be set up within ACAPS.

This insurance mediator is intended to provide support and assistance to the insured who are victims of abuse committed by insurance companies. A platform of complaint registration is also underway.
