2016 a good year for wage increases

According to Robert Walters recruiting firm, some French insurance managers, including claims managers, actuaries and businessman could benefit in 2016, from a wage increase between 10 and 15%.

This favorable context to the increases could be linked to the increased recruitment in the sector. During the third quarter of 2015, the volume of job offers managed by the firm, increased by 58% compared to the same period in 2014.
