The general directorate of the Algerian treasury (DGT) has announced a 20% increase in the cost of the compulsory insurance "motor third party liability". This adjustment will be staggered over four semesters for two years:
+ 5% on January 1, 20177
+ 5% on July 1, 2017
+ 5% on January 1, 2018
+ 5% on July 1, 2018
It should be noted that the last adjustment of tariffs for the motor class of business dates back to 2008.
